4. Confidentiality of Conversations

We do not record, monitor, or store the content of your conversations. Your sessions are conducted through secure video conferencing and remain completely private between you and your conversation partner.

We only store metadata such as appointment times, session duration, and whether a session was completed, cancelled, or missed.

  • Google Meet: Video conferencing (temporary solution)

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Volunteer listeners must be at least 21 years old. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Our services are hosted in the United States and EU. If you access our platform from outside these regions, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in these locations. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
